What types of care services do you support?
We supply staff to Care Homes, Supported Living services, and Children’s Residential settings. This includes elderly and dementia care, adult learning disability and mental health support, and children’s services including EBD and trauma informed environments.
How quickly can you provide staff?
We acknowledge all booking requests within 15 minutes. For emergency and last minute cover, we work to deploy suitable, compliant staff as quickly as possible, including outside standard office hours through our on call support.
Are your staff fully vetted and compliant?
Yes. Every staff member we supply has an enhanced DBS with barred list checks, verified professional references, up to date mandatory training, and confirmed Right to Work in line with UK regulations. No staff are deployed without full clearance.
Can we request the same staff for continuity?
Wherever possible, yes. We prioritise continuity by placing familiar staff within your service to reduce disruption for service users and teams. Repeat bookings and block bookings help support this consistency.
