    What types of care services do you support?
    We supply staff to Care Homes, Supported Living services, and Children’s Residential settings. This includes elderly and dementia care, adult learning disability and mental health support, and children’s services including EBD and trauma informed environments.
    How do we get started?
    You can contact us directly to discuss your staffing needs. A consultant will take time to understand your service and recommend the most appropriate staffing solution.
    What happens if a placement does not work out?
    If there is an issue, we act quickly to resolve it. For temporary placements, we work to provide a suitable replacement. For permanent placements, our rebate or free replacement period applies in line with our agreement.
    How are your fees structured?
    Our pricing is transparent. We offer clear hourly rates for temporary staff and competitive placement fees for permanent roles. There are no hidden admin or registration charges.
